Shipping & Delivery
If you are purchasing a handmade item pleaes allow at leasat 3 weeks for the item to be made, shipped, and arrive to you. Please understand things happen with the postal service that are out of my control but your order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. If you bought a replica designer item please allow at least two weeks for it to arrive to you! We appreciate any feedback on how we can better our services for you! We love and appreciate your business and hope to make a long time customer and friend out of you! <3
Insuring Your Package
This is not neccesary but if you wish to insure your package in case it gets lost by the postal service, stolen at your doorstep, or anything happens out of the ordinary and you want to protect what you purchased this is the way to go. Its an extra 50$ to insure your package and if the package is lost you will be sent another one to replace it.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking your order is very simple with the tracking number we give you. With the tracking number we give you you can track your package from the moment it leaves us to the minute it gets delivered at your door step. We want you to feel safe and secure knowing exactly where your package is at at all times!!! If you ever have any questions or concerns please dont hesitate to email us via our cntact us section of the website which can be found at the very top of the page.
No Refunds or Exchanges!!
We currently do NOT do any exchanges or refunds on any handbags, shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, belts, phone cases, or any of our handmade items. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY! We will exchange sizes and pay for shipping if you order a bikini or lingerie set that doesn't fit. NO CLEARLY WORN AND TORN ITEMS WILL BE EXCHANGED. Meaning if you buy a bikini or lingerie set and then wear it out and then try to exchange it for something else we will NOT accept it. If you try it on it doesn't fit and then take it off right after we will of course be happy to exchange it. Basically what we're saying is please dont wear the items for a long period of time and then try to exchange it :) Thank You!!
